FAQ

Do you need a referral from a doctor?

No, a referral is not required. I will assess your condition and plan the appropriate therapy. However, if you have a doctor’s referral, you are welcome to bring it to your first visit — it can be a valuable guide for diagnosis and treatment planning.

How long does each treatment session take?

Most sessions last approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on the therapy used.

Should I bring my test results?

Yes. If you have imaging results such as X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, or CT scans, as well as laboratory test results (e.g., blood count, biochemistry, ESR, or general urine test and urine biochemistry), please bring them with you. This will facilitate the diagnostic process and help speed up therapy planning.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable, loose clothing made of lightweight material is recommended (e.g., shorts and a T-shirt). To ensure the best therapeutic results, you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing or jewellery to allow easier access to the affected area.

How many sessions will I need?

This is one of the most difficult questions patients usually ask. Everything depends on the type of your condition, how long your symptoms have been present, and the extent of the compensations your body has developed to minimise discomfort. During the first visit, after completing the assessment, we will work together to plan your treatment process. At each therapy session, I will provide guidance on proper movement patterns and educate you on which exercises to perform to help prevent recurrence and reduce the number of sessions to the minimum necessary. Typically, patients require 3–5 sessions at weekly intervals, although this always depends on your individual health condition.

What can I expect at the first appointment?

During your first visit, I will conduct a thorough interview, asking not only about your current pain symptoms but also about your overall health. The next step will be a functional assessment to identify the root cause of your condition. These two elements allow for a clear diagnosis and proper therapy planning. I will then present what I believe to be the best course of action. With your approval, we will begin the therapy. It may seem like a lot for one visit, but my goal is to use your time as effectively as possible — which is why your recovery process begins from the very first appointment.

Do you have an NFZ contract?

No — we offer private services only.
